REFUND & RESHIPMENT POLICY

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note: Refunds are processed through Razorpay, which charges a 5% transaction fee. This means the amount you receive will be 5% less than the original price you paid. For example, if you made a payment of ₹100, you will receive ₹95 in return. The refund process through Razorpay takes approximately 1 week.

RESHIPMENT POLICY
Suppose a product is returned to us because of unsuccessful delivery attempts (e.g., the package was not received or picked up by the customer), and you would like us to reship the item. In that case, you will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs. Details: Unsuccessful Delivery: If the delivery service is unable to deliver the product to the provided address and the package is returned to our shop, we will notify you of the situation. Reshipment Request: Should you wish to have the product reshipped, you will need to pay the shipping costs for the second delivery attempt. This fee must be paid before we can process the reshipment. Payment Instructions: We will provide instructions for paying the additional shipping fee, which can be settled through the same payment methods used for your original purchase. No Refund for Initial Shipping Costs: Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable, as the service was provided in attempting the first delivery. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

we stand behind the quality of our products and we allow return/exchange of your purchase in certain circumstances.

  • We have a 48-hour Exchange/ Return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

  • To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt of purchase and other relevant proof i.e., unboxing video of the package.

  • You have to self-ship the product and We will not cover the shipping charges for Return/Exchange.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
