Welcome to Imagination Box. By accessing our website or registering for any workshop, programme, or event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

Registrations are confirmed only upon successful payment unless stated otherwise.
Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop are eligible for a refund after applicable payment gateway charges.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop or for non-attendance.
Imagination Box reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.

3. Participation

Participants are expected to arrive on time and follow all facilitator instructions.
Imagination Box reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

4. Children's Workshops

Registrations for participants under 18 years of age must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before the workshop.

5. Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during workshops for educational and promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing before the workshop.

6. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, learning materials, artwork, designs, logos, photographs, videos, and website content are the intellectual property of Imagination Box and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Corporate Workshops

Custom corporate workshops are governed by the commercial terms agreed upon with the client organisation. Where those terms differ from these website Terms & Conditions, the signed agreement shall prevail.

8. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our workshops is voluntary. Imagination Box is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions, or for the loss of personal belongings during workshops.

9. Changes to Terms

Imagination Box may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
